Registration
We deliver to all of the world. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the website and you must possess a valid credit card that is accepted by us. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct address and postcode are provided.
Payment
We accept the following means of payment:

If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's security code. You can find the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the credit card's back. The security code is necessary for the payment to be processed and for maintaining a high level of security. There may also be other similar safeguards.
Your payment will be charged as soon as the goods leave our warehouse for delivery.
Right of withdrawal (only applicable to consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days after delivery, this does not include the products that we sell with reduced price. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date on which 1) you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods or 2) it was delivered to a carrier pick-up point. In case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately (i.e. separate deliveries), the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which 1) you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good or 2) the last good was delivered to a carrier pick-up point. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform ILAG at post@ilagilag.com that you would like to make use of your right of withdrawal. You may use the return guide and prepaid return label included in your parcel. The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you the payment received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from your contract with ILAG. The buyer can try or test the product in a responsible manner to determine the product's nature, properties and function, without loosing the right of withdrawal. If testing of the product goes beyond what is justifiable and necessary, the buyer can be responsible for any reduced value of the item. When using the right of withdrawal, the item must be unused, and labels (including hang tags) must not be removed from the product. If the right of withdrawal is used on items that have been paid for with a discount coupon / discount code / discounted gift card, the amount you have paid for the item and not the item's sales price is refundable. When returning and using the right of withdrawal, you can not get a refund of a higher amount than what you have paid for the item.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payments as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. You bear the costs of returning the goods. Please gather the products you wish to return in one package with the return label attached. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post office/carrier. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Prices
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK), incl. VAT. Excluding shipping.
All costs related to the purchase, goods and shipping, will appear in the purchase process before making the actual payment. For international orders local tax and customs may be added upon arrival. ILAG does not cover these costs.
We reserve the right that typographical errors regarding prices, inventory, and product information may occur. We reserve the right to make price changes. Reservations
We do our best to update the website and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning our goods are correct. We reserve the right that colours and measurements of the goods may deviate from reality. ILAG does not take responsibility that our photographs may very at different computers and screens.
