Shipping and delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped the next business day. During a sales period, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.
  • After completing an order at you will receive an order confirmation by mail. We will send your order the next day.

  • If you have not received any order confirmation from us the order have not been successful.

Information given on

We do our best to update the website and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning our goods are correct. We reserve the right that typographical errors may occur, meaning we cannot deliver according to the information given on our online shop, our marketing or in other ways.

We reserve the right to cancel your order, or parts of it, if the item is sold out. In this situation you will receive a mail about this, possibly with information about what we can offer instead. You will get the chance to accept our new offer, or to cancel your order.


We will send your order with Bring. Normal delivery time is 1-4 working days, depending on your location in Norway. There may be longer delivery in periods where ILAG or Bring have excessive traffic.

Small packages will be sent directly to your mailbox. Larger packages will be delivered to your local pick up point. You will receive a SMS when your order can be collected at your local pick up point. You will get a tracking number for your order.


Your local postal office will send you a SMS when your order is ready for pickup. The postal office will send a reminder if you forget to pick it up. If you fail to collect it within the given date, it will be shipped back to us.

For non-paid orders that you have not collected within the given time you will be deducted an administration fee of kr 249,- to cover the costs we have had concerning the unclaimed package.

International shipping?

You will be charged 200 NOK. Local customs and/or taxes may be added when you receive the package. ILAG does not cover these costs.
